So sorry

I can see from your lack of love over my motivation tips that all of you girls are not ready for the weight loss tips just yet. I will save them for a few weeks when everyone decideds to jump back on the fit train as Mojito Maven likes to put it. For those of you who did ask the water bottle is a camelback one and can be purchase at most sporting goods stores.

I still have yet to start my Christmas shopping, although there aren't a ton of people to buy for I am really behind already.
Also in other news I am feeling the hits of the economy today. The family I have been picking up some nanny work from is going to have to cut back my hours. I have only been doing this while I am waiting for the real estate market to get strong again. At least I am not alone, it seems everyone is cutting way back even the super rich. Please pray if you think about it they are worried they will be relocated to California.

Such a hard thing cutting back. I pray that the economy will pick up again soon!

I appreciate the work out tips! When I gained the freshman 15 in college I was in desperate need of motivation. I cut out pics of skinny girls, like the vs models, and hung them on my mirror and my refrigerator. It helped. It was a constant reminder of what I would love to look like. I still don't look like that but I haven't gained any of that weight back. (I completely blame that weight on grilled cheeses and chocolate chip cookies sold at the bottom of my dorm!)

It might just be me, but I believe the only people NOT being hit are those being bailed out... OK, I said it -- It's a tough time for us all -- Hope I'm not coming across angry! I'm not an angry person... just really feeling the economy :(

I loved your work out tips! :)

I liked the tips too! Just read them this morning - have you read Self magazine? Out of all the fitness mags it is the one I like best because it focuses on overall well being (and isn't just a bunch of body builders!).

Loved the waterbottle, I'll have to pick one up!! I'm prayin' that the economy picks up--and soon!! We had our Holiday Lunch at my office today and our boss boss man gave us an "economic" pepe talk...Yeah... Anyways, I always buy myself a cute swim suit and then know that I have to look good in it by the time X rolls around--vacation, pool party or whatever. That's my motivation!!
