Sorry for the lack of posts lately, I dropped my computer and really messed something up. It has been scanning for problems for a few days now, not really sure if it is ever going to run again so for now I will have to use my husband's desktop. I wanted to share with you our Easter tradition and the reason it has been my favorite day of the year since I was little.

Every year we have an outdoor service at Fiddler's Green Amphitheater (now named Coors Amphitheater). The only problem with that is that it is April in Colorado and very unpredictable. The weather some years is absolutely beautiful but other years it has snowed. It isn't as simple as moving the service inside though because it takes a week to set up for the service. This year the high was in the 50s and raining. I know that lots of people stayed at home this year to avoid the nasty weather. I think that was part of what made it amazing though. It wasn't about wearing your pretty Easter dress anymore or showing off, it was truly about worshiping, celebrating and being together!
My husband and I meet up with some of my Young Life girls and sat with them and their families, there were over 30 of us all together. It was so great to be able to be able to see them and spend time with them.
The Young Life girls
This is a picture I took of the view behind where we were sitting. On a nice day you can sit on the grassy hill at the back. It is normally filled with families and little kids running around.
The stage and lots of umbrellas and rain jackets.
8,000 people still showed up!

I hope that you also had a great Easter!

Completely unrelated to your post:
I SWEAR I saw you at Chipotle earlier this week. I even went so far as to walk back around the restaurant so I could look at the woman's face...
... Then I realized you don't live in Arizona and I felt like an idiot. :)
