Easter has been one of my favorite holidays for as long as I can remember. I know it has to do with the start of spring but the largest part of why it's my favorite has to do with the location of our church service. Every year our church rents out a huge outdoor amphitheater to hold the service at. Holding church outdoors in April in Colorado is always interesting, last year we sat in the snow/rain and still had an amazing time together. It was actually one of my favorite years because it wasn't about what you were wearing or being seen, it was about celebrating together.
Last year we meet up with my Young Life girls and their families and all sat together. As you can see staying warm top priority.

This year the weather will be much nice but still only a high of 45 when the service starts. I was shopping the other day and found a jacket at Banana Republic and knew it would be perfect for Easter and showing houses in yucky weather.
See the shoes in the photo, they are some of my favorite J Crew shoes. Last night though I headed out to happy hour to meet friends and the back strap broke when I was getting in my car. Hopefully they can be fixed.
