I have been doing Weight Watchers for the past year and a half now and I absolutely love it. I wasn't able to do it this weekend because of my trip but I decided it was back on track Monday morning. My husband always laughs about how I don't do it full time but isn't it better to do 4 out of 7 days than not at all?
Well I made sure I weighed myself yesterday morning and then stayed within my points yesterday. Today when I weighted myself I had lost 2.4 lbs! I know that this is all water weight but it is enough to get me to think if I follow my points today what will I weight tomorrow!
Since I have started I have lost 30lbs! 20 of these was post wedding weight and 10 was dating weight since we were eating out every night. Any more weight that I lose will be college weight, I am about to take a trip to Indianapolis for a wedding at the beginning of next month and I am so motivated to see how much I can lose before my trip and my 25Th birthday at the end of the month. I was there visiting my extended family last November and have lost 16 lbs since then.
I will keep you posted. Anyone else love Weight Watchers or have weight lose tips? I have a million tips if anyone is interested in me posting them.
