crushing news

I received some exciting but still soul crushing news this past Friday, my cousin who just got married this past November is already two months pregnant.
I am extremely excited for her but still very shocked. She just went to the doctor and they said that she would have a hard time getting pregnant and that to do so she would need medical help. She was also having trouble with her period that month so the doctor gave her some medicine to help with it. Well that combined with no more birth control since getting pregnant will be very hard results in a pregnancy.

I guess that I share this with you because so many of you know exactly how crushing this news is for me. I have another cousin who is due the exact same month that we would be due if it weren't for my miscarriage.
I do take peace though in the fact that God's timing is perfect and that he has a perfect plan for us.

Awe...I am so sorry! I know how this feels exactly, it seems like it's so easy for a lot of people, yet for others it is so difficult. Just keep telling yourself God is in control and when it is your time He will let it happen for you..I do that every day....

Sorry to hear this. I know it's hard to take pleasure in someone else's joy when you too have longed for that same exact thing for so long now.

My thoughts and prayers are with you both. Your friends will understand where you're coming from. I'm sure.

At my age (24), I have already had 3 friends go through several miscarriages. We knew in the back of our minds that it was God's timing, but it was hard to grasp. As each of them have gone on in their lives, and eventually carried a baby to term, it was then that we really saw God's plan. Looking back and seeing how much better the timing ended up being was incredible. I pray that in your own life- the same is true. That you know now, but even more importantly, that you see it then. Your life is, and will be, a testament to faith!

oh girl.. I am so sorry you're going through this. I had no idea you had a miscarriage in the past. I know how hard all this can be on you... I know how hard it is to watch those around you get pregnant so easily and wonder why it can't happen for you.... You'll be in my prayers girlie... Drop me line if you ever want to talk... It helps to have people around that know what you're feeling..

I had a miscarriage in Sept and would have been due last Sat. To say that it has been difficult for me lately is an understatement. Feel free to email me if you need to chat! Sending you hugs.

I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through, I have a friend going through the same thing right now and it breaks my heart. I know it must be hard to know and trust God has a plan, but he does and I'm so glad you put your faith in him.

Oh I am so sorry! It is hard to be happy for someone else when you have had an experience like that. Everything does happen for a reason and I'm sure that God has planned when your time will come. Babies are a blessing, and I am sure this new baby will bless your family. I'll be praying for you and your hubby!

I really don't want to start this by saying this but I have to...I know EXACTLY how you are feeling. It's tough. But you definitely have to have faith, God has his reasons for things which may not make sense at the time. It's even tougher sometimes as the days pass by and u remember how far along you would have been...or seeing family or friends pregnant but there is a reason. Keep ur head up and keep ur faith! :)
