Are we getting old?

Since most of you are in your 20's I would assume you would know who this talented and sexy man is!
Dave Matthews and his amazing band.
*
I am a huge dmb fan. I have even seen them live three times, not a lot I realize for most dave fans. His songs are classic and timeless in my book...
*
That was until I spend 24 hours this weekend with four 14 year olds.
I am in the white.
My cousin said to me that her older brother and her hate Dave Matthews Band. I figured that she hadn't really experienced them so I played on of the newest live cds for them on our super early (5 am) drive up to the trailhead. One of the other girls commented how weird the cd was. I figured they would love it once they experienced it.
Are we getting old?

I LOVE DMB!! How could anyone hate them?

And Nooooo we aren't getting old - the youngins just have BAD TASTE. They probably like the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus...hehehe.

If getting old means thinking Dave is awesome and Miley Cyrus is lame....then call me old!

UGH! Don't you hate that? It's like when the girl I used to babysit since she was born got married. I cried. And not b/c I was happy for her. (I mean I was happy for her, but I was more sad that I meant I was old. LOL)

Umm.. we are definitely not old. They are insane. Dave is a master. Simple. I don't understand how they could have such bad taste in music!!

DMB totally rocks, you are so NOT old. Kids nowadays don't know good music at all. Cool fact. I live in Seattle (where Dave lives) and last summer we ran into him at a local park where he was BBQing on the beach with his family and friends. we even talked to him! :)
